Logistics

Flow State is about creating an inclusive community of mountain bikers. No matter your skill level, fitness or trepidation our team will meet you where you are and take you where you want to go.

During our time together all participants share down-time together where they can share newly acquired skills, go for a paddle on the lake, and sit in on basecamp skills sessions together.

All meals are prepared by our camp chef and will be enjoyed family style.

During the day we head out for our rides and skill sessions where we harness flow, work on specific goals and excel together.

Where do I sleep?

Participants will arrive to a fully stocked backcountry campus with a yurt .

What will the conditions be like?

We can't predict what the conditions will be like but we're hoping for a perfect Summer Weather with cool evenings and 70 degree mountain temps

Who are the guides?

The guide team is made up of certified coaches, AMGA Rock Guides, and veteran guides who have dedicated much of their time to honing their craft and sharing their passions with all if their clients.
